NEW TO JIU JITSU?
Welcome!
We run a dedicated beginners class every Tuesday, designed to introduce you to the key positions and movement’s in jiu jitsu.
The beginner class runs through all the key positions and techniques. You can expect a jiu jitsu relevant warm-up followed by some techniques and positions and then finished with some positional sparring. Aimed at testing our new learned techniques against a little resistance.

get started
GET STARTED
First class free.
We want you to get a taste of jiu jitsu so we offer your first class for free. You can come to the basics class as much as you like during that first week.
Sign up online.
Click here to sign up. You will need to create an account, sign the disclaimer and the code of conduct and select the beginners class. From here you can book into your free class. If you get stuck or want some help please send us a message and we can help you figure it out.
What to bring.
Bring some water, a smile and a gum shield if you have one. Please don't wear anything with zips or buttons/poppers. Plain shorts and a tshirt are ideal. We also have some spare Gis available to borrow if you would like to try one.
