We get that trying something new can feel a bit daunting—Jiu Jitsu included. That’s why we run a dedicated beginners class every Tuesday evening.

It’s a slower-paced session that covers the essentials, from how to tie your belt to learning your first submissions. A chance to build confidence, technique, and fitness—all at your own pace.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

A solid starting point if you’re new to Jiu Jitsu.
This class focuses on the fundamentals—key positions, basic techniques, and how to train safely. We take time to explain the 'why' as well as the 'how', so it all makes sense as you go.

We recommend wearing a Gi, but NoGi-friendly options are shown too. Ideal if you’re just starting out or want to strengthen your understanding of the basics.
